These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Gen6 App (“App”), operated by Crypto CTF OÜ, a company registered in Estonia registered address: Estonia, Tallinn, Narva mnt 7. 10117) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the App, you (“user”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The Gen6 App provides access to information, decentralized tools, and blockchain-based utilities developed by Crypto CTF OÜ and its partners. The App does not function as a financial service, exchange, brokerage, or token sale platform.

The App may interact with public blockchains. Transactions recorded on these blockchains are immutable and not controlled by Crypto CTF OÜ. We do not have access to or control over user wallets, keys, or on-chain data. Users are solely responsible for managing their keys and security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto CTF OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data, revenue, or digital assets.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for any breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia.
